Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Purpose & Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy defines the mandatory rules and ethical boundaries for sending messages via Api Partner (including WhatsApp Cloud, Telegram Bot Gateways, and SMS SIM Relays). Compliance with this policy is mandatory to maintain an active account.

2. Strictly Prohibited Operations

• Unsolicited Bulk Spam: Transmitting unrequested marketing blasts without verifiable recipient consent.
• Fraud & Deceptive Phishing: Distributing fraudulent payment links, deceptive investment schemes, or spoofed credentials.
• Malware Distribution: Attaching malicious APKs, executables, trojans, or exploit payloads.
• Harassment & Hate Speech: Distributing threatening, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
• DLT / Telecom Circumvention: Bypassing telecom regulations (including TRAI DLT regulations in India) or scraping directories.

3. Automated Heuristic Circuit Breakers

Api Partner deploys real-time heuristic monitoring. Accounts exhibiting abnormal bounce rates (>15%), elevated recipient spam complaints, or carrier rejections will be immediately paused pending security review.

4. Abuse & Compliance Reporting

To report spam, unlawful broadcast traffic, or phishing attempts originating from our gateway nodes, forward evidence to support@bigmis.in for immediate remediation by our compliance team.
